Welcome to Polson Fitness
The sun is out and summer appears to finally be here! Now is the time to step up your fitness program and avoid any unwanted weight gain as a result of all the barbecues and snacks that come along with the sunshine. We have started our Summer Boot Camp session and we still have space in a few of our Strength Training and Cardio Kickboxing classes. It is never to late to start, so if you are interested in getting more information on what classes are available, give us a call today!
We have started the Fall Session registration process for classes starting in September 2010. This session will run for 12 consecutive weeks and end the last week of November. For a list of class times and availability, just click on the Class Schedules tab and find one that fits your schedule! You will be glad you did. If you are interested in signing up for a class, please contact us immediately for details.
