Welcome to Polson Fitness

Winter is here and now is the time to step up your fitness program and avoid those unwanted winter pounds. Get strong, lean and healthy starting today by taking a Polson Fitness group exercise class or stepping up your strength training program with one of our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers. We are offering three different types of group exercise classes this Winter with times ranging from 5:30 in the morning to 5:30 at night. Surely, there will be something that will fit your busy schedule and help survive the holidays without gaining the average 7-10 pounds most Americans will gain this time of year. Those training in a group can choose from Strength Training, Cardio Kickboxing or our new CAPSS class (core, agility, power, speed and strength). This class can be used to train for a particular sport or just keep yourself in top condition year round!

We have started the Winter Session registration process for classes starting in January 2011. This session will run for 12 consecutive weeks and end the last week of March. For a list of class times and availability, just give us a call so we can find a time that will work for you. You will be glad you did!
